1. Open the control panel
2. Select in control panel "Printers" or "Printers and Fax devices".
3. In the shown window click on "New printer" to add a new printer
4. Click on "Next" to start configuration.

1. Select "Local printer"
2. Click on "Next".

1. Select the 2nd option "Create a new Port type."
2. Select as Port type "Redirected Port".
3. Click on "Next".

1. Enter as Port Name MPT1: , you must name it MPT1: !
2. Click on "OK" to create the port.

    

1. Select as manufacturer "Apple".
2. Select now the printer "Apple Color LW 12/660 PS".
3. Click on "Next".

1. Now rename the printer as "PDF-Printer".
2. Select the correct option the printer should not be the default printer.
3. Click on "Next".

1. The printer should not be shared in network.
2. Click on "Next".

1. Select "No", you should not print a test page.
2. Click on "Next".

1. Click on "Done" to save the settings.

1. Change to tab "Ports".
2. Select the printer PDF-Printer with Port MPT1:
3. Click on "Configure Port" to change the properties.

1. Click on the "Browse" Button to select a program.
2. In the file open dialog select the program ReFileMon. This program is located in the SuperMailer progam folder e.g. c:\program files\supermailer.
3. In the edit field "Arguments for this program are" enter /p.
4. In field "Output" select "Program handles output"
5. In field "Run" select "Hidden".
6. Don't change the other settings.
7. Click on "OK" to apply these settings.

The installation is done.
