The tracking function is available for HTML newsletters, offering the following types of statistics:
  • Overall email opening statistics (open rate)
  • Email opening statistics by date and time (open rate)
  • Overall hyperlink click count (click rate)
  • Hyperlink click count by date and time (click rate)
  • Personalized tracking: See which customer opened the email or clicked a link.
    Using this function requires customer consent. If you do not have it, you may be violating the law.

To use the tracking function, your webspace/server must support PHP7/8 and MySQL. The statistics can be accessed via a graphical representation within SuperMailer or a simple text version through a web browser. The text version via web browser allows external users, such as clients, to view the statistics.
